I work with individuals who are seeking to better understand themselves within the context of their relationships—whether with partners, family, or friends.
Many of my clients are motivated to develop greater self-awareness around relational patterns, communication styles, and emotional responses. Together, we explore the dynamics that may be contributing to disconnection or conflict and work toward building healthier coping mechanisms that support intimacy and emotional closeness.

I work with individuals who are navigating the challenges of addiction, whether they're struggling themselves or caring about someone who is.
I also support people dealing with anxiety, depression, and the lingering effects of early life experiences or trauma.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I help clients make sense of how their past may be shaping their present, and together we work toward building healthier patterns, greater emotional balance, and more connected, fulfilling lives.

I bring a wide range of clinical experience to my work, having spent years in both residential and outpatient addiction treatment settings. I’ve worked extensively with veterans through the VA, including in the inpatient substance abuse program and the psychosocial rehabilitation program, where I supported individuals living with conditions like bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
My background also includes conducting neuropsychological assessments and pre-adoption evaluations, giving me a strong foundation in both diagnostic clarity and family dynamics.
For the past five years, I’ve been in private practice, where I continue to work with clients facing addiction, mood disorders, and relational challenges. This varied experience allows me to approach therapy from a more generalized and holistic framework, considering the full context of a person’s life and tailoring care to meet their unique needs.
